Re-defining the gaming and entertainment industry, Victoria Gate is the newest casino venue in Leeds opening in 2017.
Boasting 51,000 square feet over four floors, visitors can expect to find a 100+ seated poker area, 140 slot machines, 24 table live gaming zone and 80 electronic gaming terminals, a VIP area and valet service.
Alongside an exciting gaming experience, there’s plenty to enjoy beyond that. Victoria Gate Casino is also home to a restaurant serving Yorkshire source produce and three lively bars with 41 HD screens around the venue to watch live sports on.
As Tevalis EPOS solutions are a key component in the casino technology environment, we were able to offer flexible FnB technology solutions for servicing all areas of the casino, from restaurant and bars to slots and gaming rooms.
To ensure the customers journey and experience was maximized to its full potential, Victoria Gate Casino took advantage of our handheld offering where the venue now uses 10 of our 8” tablet devices to service food and beverage orders across all floors and all gaming areas.
Integrating with our partner Playtech Intelligent Gaming, VGC also were able to manage the players loyalty card system, allowing authorized staff to redeem, monitor and control comps, redeem loyalty and provide secure access to real time details on guest expensiture. Therefore, providing management with the key information to ensure they are maximizing on customer service and retenstion levels, optimizing guest spend at all times.
