SkindlesCulinary legend Michel Roux OBE and son, Alain Roux, have recently began their new venture, Roux at Skindles! Based in a stunning location overlooking the Thames, the Michelin-starred duo are serving a delicious all-day French inspired menu across the brasserie and cocktail bar, with an intimate private dining option.

This November, they opened their doors to the public and have already experienced incredible success! As their technology partners, we’re extremely pleased to be a part of that, where we are now supporting the business with our Epos, Enterprise and Integrated technology.

Created specifically as a relaxed place to experience with friends and family, Michel and Alain invite you to share and enjoy home cooking at its best. Certainly not one to miss out on!2. Market Halls, VictoriaThe Market Halls brand have continued their expansion across London, opening their second site this November, just in time for Christmas!

What can you find at Market Halls Victoria? Expect to experience a diverse and eclectic offering of food and drink, available across three floors and a total of eleven kitchens, a coffee shop and three bars.

We’re delighted to be supporting both live sites with a selection of Tevalis technology and look forward to working with the teams further to deploy into their third in Spring 2019. So, be sure to make a visit to this popular food court and feast your eyes upon the many delicious options available.3. Bear Coffee CompanyBear Coffee Company is more than just a coffee shop, BEAR is at the forefront of the global ‘third wave’ coffee movement, which sees coffee as an artisan foodstuff, rather than a quick morning pick-me-up. That means, for those who want a popular, quirky place to sit down and enjoy a coffee, cocktail or a bite to eat, then BEAR is one to add to your list.

Due to rapid growth, the brand now have three midlands-based stores. To support that, the team required a new technology system; one which was flexible enough to meet their requirements for the long haul.

Therefore, they decided to partner with us and we’re very pleased that they did. Our teams have delivered a tailor made Tevalis Technology Ecosystem, inclusive of bespoke On-Premise solutions such as the point of sale, as well as a full Enterprise Suite to assist management across all areas too. Proud to be a part of their journey!4. Fazenda, BirminghamThis month, one of our favourite rodizio brands have continued their journey across the UK!

Now open is Fazenda Birmingham, located on the prestigious Colmore Row in their new 220 cover restaurant. There, you can expect to find everything you love about the other sites, the elegant styling and atmosphere as well as the fantastic gaúcho experience. If you’re in the West Midlands and that sounds to your taste, then Fazenda team now have you covered!

As their fifth site and as valued clients of ours, we’d like to say a huge congratulations to the team, it’s always exciting to watch those that we work with grow and expand due to continued success.5. THOR’s TipiThe festivities have began, which means the thriving THOR’s Tipi are back!

Making their way around the UK, you can find their legendary Christmas pop ups across York, Leeds, Sheffield, Lincoln, Brighton and London. If you have some time off this Winter, then this is most definitely one venue for you to truly indulge in over the holidays, including delicious mulled wine, sweet treats and a real log fire to get cosy around.

Proud to be working with the THOR’s brand for a second year running now, where we’ve recently been busy installing our technology into all Tipi’s to get the teams up and running in preparation for a very busy yet successful Christmas. We’re looking forward to making a leisurely visit ourselves!6. KutirIn a townhouse nestled away on a quiet side street in Chelsea, Michelin-starred chef Rohit Ghai (former Executive Chef at Jamavar, also a client of ours) and Abhishake Sangwan (former Director of Operations at Jamavar) have taken on a new exciting venture.

Kutir pays homage to India’s rich heritage and wildlife, with a central focus around a modern menu which is inspired by the history and splendour of India. Supporting the new restaurant, is our simple yet bespoke Tevalis Epos system, paired with an array of Enterprise modules such as Customer Loyalty, Business Analytics and Stock Management. The duo have now opened their new restaurant, ready to take their visitors on a very personal culinary adventure. We certainly look forward to watching their growth and success!7. Cucina 1884 – We have some amazing clients on board and of course that includes our local clients too, such as latest restaurant to the Hull area, Cucina 1884, also part of the 1884 group.

With an 18-seat counter around an open kitchen, customers are invited to enjoy a different dining experience focused around all things Italian. Locally sourced produce is at the heart of the venue, whilst the team also use speciality items imported directly from Italy itself!

Their doors opened this November and we can successfully say that it’s already becoming a favourite in the area. Very pleased to be supporting the team on their exciting new venture.8. Sandymount HouseWe’re proud to be supporting Sandymount House, a new stylish beach house located in Wales.

Nestled in the village of Rhosneigr, the venue promotes a rustic feel across the bar and restaurant, with luxury rooms also available for those relaxing short breaks. All designed by award-winning hospitality interior designer, Michelle Derbyshire.

To support the team on this new venture, we’ve implemented a bespoke Epos system, whilst providing management with a selection of Enterprise modules, so they can analyse business performance, manage their stock and reward their customers!9. HanbaoDid you know, Hanbao means burger in Mandarin? Hanbao in Worcestershire is an eatery which promotes an east meets west dining experience, featuring Gourmet burgers and delicious cocktails on the menu. Their unique menu is all about heavy indulgence; great food, great environment and great service. That’s something we can definitely get behind!

With further expansion on the premises, including a unique ice-cream parlour, it was a perfect opportunity for the team to also review and upgrade their Epos system to meet their evolving requirements. We’re delighted that we were the chosen provider to support the business with a fully connected Tevalis Technology Ecosystem.10. Brindisa Battersea It’s always great to see our existing clients doing so well! Brindisa are one of them, where they have recently opened their sixth site across London.

Located in Battersea by the banks of the river Thames, Tapas Brindisa Battersea is the culmination of their 30 years’ experience as purveyors of Spanish food and culture. With this site, the team have gone right back to their roots, with a menu inspired by the best ingredients from across Spain and its Islands. We’re proud to continue the journey with the Brindisa team, consolidating their technology across all sites.
