The Readers’ Choice Awards winners are
chosen through an extensive survey of Restaurant magazine’s readers: chefs and
restaurant owners from large groups and single sites, casual dining and fine
dining. Each voter names the suppliers they rate most highly.
The award recognises product quality,
customer service, reliability and the overall support suppliers give
hospitality operators.
The awards began in 2009 originally as the
Chefs’ Choice Awards and have long recognised the suppliers restaurant operators
depend on.
Restaurants are under more pressure than
ever. Costs keep rising, recruitment is hard, and guests expect more every time
they walk through the door. Operators don’t need another system to manage. They
need technology that works quietly in the background and a partner who is
reliable, agile and is there when needed.
This award tells us those things make a difference,
and we are having the right impact within our client’s businesses.
