Tevalis is delighted to announce that through their continued relationship as exclusive Epos supplier to specialist contract caterer; Ampersand, our Epos and hospitality management solutions have been deployed throughout the catering facilities at ZSL London Zoo.

ZSL London Zoo became the latest high profile venue to introduce Tevalis’ suite of Epos and management hardware and software solutions through our blossoming relationship with Ampersand which include renown venues as the historic Tower of London, Royal Hampton Court Palace, Royal Kensington Palace, the Museum of London Docklands, Kew’s Royal Botanic Gardens at Wakehurst Place and the Historic Portsmouth Dockyards.

 

 

The ZSL London Zoo project involved the installation of 18 state of the art touch screen point of sale systems incorporating the latest biometric finger print technology throughout all the restaurants and eateries within the zoo complex. Including the newly designed and built terrace restaurant due to opened Summer 2013.

 

In addition to providing Epos infrastructure which is extremely fast and efficient at the point of sale in order to cater to an excess of over 1 million visitors each year, it is also a key requirement of the Tevalis systems to provide vital business information to management such as sales and profitability, system and user security and sales trend analysis which can be accessed by head office management and local managers at the touch of a button through the Tevalis Enterprise Portal.
