Our Integration With Xero & Sage – What Can You Expect?

Taking this into consideration, we have identified two of the most common accountancy platforms across enterprise businesses. Therefore, we have integrated our Epos end of day sales and stock control purchase invoice information into Xero and Sage – both market leaders in providing businesses with accounting software.

So, how do these integrations work?

Both platforms are available for clients that want to simplify their accounting process across their businesses, including features such as payrolls, making payments and invoicing. In relation to the Pos and management tools that we offer, using an accounting platform offers complete transparency into the business by sending daily sales data directly from the Pos.

Alongside this, the integration offers the ability for management to analyse and control delivery and purchase orders in our Stock Management module, sending purchase invoices for immediate reconciliation.

However, when developing this part of the Enterprise Solution offering, we wanted to ensure that we could offer high levels of efficiency in all aspects, which is why we decided to integrate with both Sage and Xero. Now, users can share purchase invoices that have been approved within the module.

Within the purchase orders, users can expect to find their orders with the following information: Order name, when it was created, the status, the supplier, invoice number, the total amount and whether it has been paid or not. When an order has been successfully sent to the chosen integration, their business icon will appear next to the status which will say ‘complete’. Confirmation of a successful posting will not only display in the purchase orders section but also within the integration log.

Introducing the integration log. We wanted users to have access to an area which reflects all points of communication with their purchase orders. On the integration log tab, users can view interactions between Tevalis and their chosen accounting integration – whether that’s Xero or Sage.

This space provides an overview of when lookup data has been refreshed, including companies, department codes, nominal codes as well as when purchase orders and daily sales have been successfully sent to the accounting software chosen. To ensure that the process is always running smoothly, we advise to use this space to your businesses advantage by routinely checking.
