What happens once I have made my order?

Once you have made your order, our distribution team will be notified and will start to process your order. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with a digital invoice attached reflecting the goods purchased and paid for.

What are the delivery options?

Please be aware that your delivery charges are based on the calculated weight of your order through our courier.

On that basis, we offer:

  • Next day delivery
  • Next day pre 10:30am
  • Next day pre 12pm
  • Saturday delivery

The final time to put an order through to receive next day delivery is 3pm. Any orders made after that time will be received the working day after. Any orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be received on Monday morning and will be sent out for Tuesday.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We do deliver outside of the UK, however not via this online store. Therefore, for all of our international clients and those within Ireland, please call our offices instead where a member of our team will process your required order.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order which you have not received yet, please call our offices on 0330 002 1555 as soon as possible and choose option 6 for ‘all other enquiries’. You can also notify us via email at distribution@tevalis.com, however please take into consideration that this may take longer or not be seen in time before the item has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, then we will refund the full amount. Our team will notify you of when this has been paid back into your account. In this situation, it will take between 1-3 working days.

If your order has been dispatched, then we will need to arrange for collection of the item/s. Please ensure when it arrives, the item stays unused and unopened. Once we have received the item/s back in our office, our support engineers will then need to inspect them further to ensure they have been unused.

When will I receive my refund?

As above, if the order has not been dispatched, a full refund can be made between 1-3 working days.

Otherwise, the refund will be made once the purchaser has returned the item/s to our head office and our team of support engineers have reviewed the hardware for damage. If the hardware returns in the correct condition, then we will then notify you via email once the refund has been made into your account. Please allow in this case for 3-5 working days after receipt of your return for the applicable refund to be made.

Quality Issues:

We can provide an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 10 working days of you receiving the item. This includes technical issues you may be experiencing with the item/s or hardware damage on receiving the item. On that basis, the product must be sent back to our head office within 5 working days of you notifying our team of the issue. Once received and tested, we can exchange the product or offer a refund. This does not include the shipping charges.

Please note: Your items are under a three-year warranty. Therefore, if you experience any technical issues with your product/s after the 10-day period, please call our support line who will advise you further.

Non-Quality Issues:

A used and unwanted product cannot be returned for a refund, so please ensure that when ordering, you are confident with your order.

If the product has been opened but is unused, then we can offer both a refund or exchange on the item only (delivery charges will not be refunded) within 10 working days of receiving the item. To proceed with this, please call 0330 002 1555 and choose Option 6 for ‘all other enquiries’ to inform one of our colleagues who will advise you further.

Please note: If any accessory that came with the original item was lost or not received by our team during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.

Miscellaneous

The currency of all items is British Pound (GBP).
