First Class in Depth User Training

For business owners to receive the most out of their investment into the Tevalis Epos and management systems they must have first class in depth user training. Tevalis believes this is critical to ensure our clients are able to learn all of the features and functionality that will make managing their business so much easier and provide them with maximum efficiencies from front of house and back office going forward into the future.

There are varying forms of training programs offered from Tevalis all meeting different budget and resource requirements and these can also be dependent on number of employees, regional locations, number of sites and site infrastructure restrictions such as new site builds.

Typically customer onsite training is the most common form of training delivered, this allows for the staff to be present at the actual place of work offering a more relaxed and informal approach to training whilst still enabling us to deliver high standards. During all training methodologies training manuals, schedules and documentation will be forward onto customer prior to training to ensure they are briefed before the training day.

Training days allow us to deliver the relevant information to the key parties within the business providing maximum efficiency from the contracted training days.
