Dip & Flip is an independent company set up in 2013 by Tim and Gearoid, and a few other friends and massively supported by their respective families. Tim did the food and Gearoid designed and built the shops.
The food was inspired by trips abroad and making gravy for over 20 years in pubs all over the country”It’s hard to believe that all this began with a conversation about great gravy on a great meat sandwich and here we are, less than two years later, with two outlets and about to open more. And it’s still all about the gravy!”
